祝贺沃菩尔CPR急救员誓词（第一版）发布
【编者按】ALLCPR是 Gosvea（Gocean Silicon Valley Education Academy ，美国金海洋，圣何塞大学教育集团）创立的北美社区急救连锁培训体系，美国社区急救连锁培训业TOP企业，美国红十字会（ARC）最高级别合作伙伴（PLTP），美国心脏协会（AHA）培训合作伙伴，荣获了2024 ARC贡献奖大奖。截至2025年8月，ALLCPR 已经在北美开设了150家培训中心、覆盖35个州，目前每月培训超7,000人，预计2026年将达到年10万培训规模。
2025年9月24日，沃菩尔CPR急救员誓词（第一版）在美国硅谷与中国成都同步发布，此次第一版誓词的发布，有助于每个参训学员更加明确学习CPR急救技能的使命和责任，用行动搭建生命安全防线。
生命安全不分地域，此次双城同步发布誓词，既是对急救誓词的共同践行，更是要推动国际社区形成“培训-实践-传承”的急救生态，让每一个普通人都成为生命守护者。
从硅谷到国际社区，誓词正在转化为具体行动。希望更多社区居民加入急救行列，让专业急救力量逐步渗透到城市的每一个角落，为国际社区构建起更坚实的生命安全屏障。

CPR Commitment Oath
(For Instructors, Students, or Providers)
I pledge to use the skills I have learned to help save lives.
I understand that in an emergency, every second counts. I will respond with confidence, compassion,and care.
I will respect the dignity of every person,regardless of who they are.
I commit to staying prepared, keeping my knowledge up to date, and encouraging others to learn the power of CPR.
I stand ready to be the difference between life anddeath.
This is my promise - to act when needed, to never hesitate, and to always care.
